Amblogger.net and Problogger.net Imagine How I Feel

I love it when people make a really big deal about nothing.  

Here is a good example,  Amblogger.net copied the template of Problogger.net and put it on his site.

This immediately got the attention of a lot of bloggers, and when something get’s a bloggers attention they blog about it. So Bloggers were blogging their little fingers to the bone about this.

There is one aspect of this whole thing that is really tragic, and that is the fact that I didn’t get to see the template when it was up.  

Now, for all these people to continue to make a big deal out of this when I didn’t get to see it is really inconsiderate.

Imagine how I feel… left out… disappointed… not sure I can recover…

It has since been taken down so now I have no chance to see what everyone was talking about.  This is a huge loss for me and no one has stopped to take time to blog about how I feel, or the possible ramifications of feelings I could have a copyright to.

I am going to contact my attorney because I am sure I have a good case against Amblogger depriving me of the right to see this template.  I am thinking 2 billion in damages should cover it.  I may also sue problogger.net for not having a sense of humor and going on the attack before I got a chance to see.  

I am sure there is a lot of case law that will support me in both these law suits, anyone know of a good personal injury lawyer that will take this on a contingency fee?
