My Deleted Domain Name

I signed up for a couple of deleted domain name services.  I had hopes of capturing some great domains when they expired and cashing in on all the traffic they had.

After several months I discovered that a lot of other people had the same idea, and I ended up with nothing.

Continuing to sign up for name after name only to find out later that I didn’t get it was looking more and more like a big waste of time.

So I started going after names that were not so popular even names that I was sure no one would want I couldn’t get.  But I figured I had already spent my money since there are no refunds on capturing domain name services.

There are a couple services that would capture the name then auction it off, a lot of the names will go for $1000 to $5000.

That seems like about the only way you’re going to get one.

Anyway I kept lowering my sites until I was able to get this name “Grifted”.

Now I realize that even though it is a word it’s not really worth the $20 bucks I paid for it.

My idea is to make money with Adsense ads and you need to have a site that has some kind of a theme, and it needs to be something that is related to some high paying ads.

Well Grifted is not it. It’s probably one of the worst choices for a domain name there is.

So I have decided to put all my unrelated junk here and see if anything happens.

All of these are left over posts, things that do not relate to anything else and don’t mean much.
